Started with a WhatsApp call. Built with ridiculous ambition.
NextGen was never meant to be just another agency. It started with two founders – Adam Carter, a British business coach with a deep belief in strategic clarity, and Rajesh Sharma, an Indian tech wizard obsessed with systems, execution, and what’s actually possible when purpose meets process.
They didn’t meet at some slick networking event. They met in the middle of a mess – trying to untangle yet another burnt-out founder’s chaotic back end. That late-night call turned into a shared mission: to build a company that doesn’t just help ambitious founders grow, but reflects that ambition in its own DNA.
Because a business that doesn’t chase its own dreams has no right to shape anyone else’s. So they built NextGen. Not as a marketplace. Not as a patch-up crew. But as a full-stack growth engine that makes things move – for clients and for the team behind it.
Today, we’re proudly operating from the UK and India, with Dubai on the radar (we’ve got global goals and the map to match). We’ve helped founders across industries stop duct-taping and start building businesses that scale without breaking them.

The WhatsApp Call
One late-night WhatsApp call between Adam and Rajesh turns into a plan. No big budget. No buzzwords. Just two blokes obsessed with fixing broken systems and building something real.
2021
Going Live
NextGen goes live. Three clients, two laptops, and a Trello board full of dreams (and way too many emojis). But things start moving – fast.
2022
First Sidekick
We welcome our first Sidekick. The team grows. The work sharpens. Funnels, automations, websites, and client journeys all start clicking into place.

Strategy & AI
